Haul Shipping with Sugargoo
Haul shipping lets you buy items from marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian or 1688 through Sugargoo, collect them in one warehouse and ship them to you together. It can be a way to discover clothing at different prices — here's how it works, step by step.
Not sold by HALUZE. Items you buy this way are ordered and paid on Sugargoo and come from independent sellers. HALUZE doesn't sell, ship or handle returns for them. Looking for our own clothing? Shop HALUZE Products
How it works
7 steps from link to doorstep
-
Step 1: Find an item
Browse a marketplace Sugargoo supports — for example Taobao, Weidian or 1688 — and copy the product link. Check Sugargoo for the current list of supported sites.
-
Step 2: Register with Sugargoo
Create a Sugargoo account. Your order, payment and support all run through Sugargoo, not through HALUZE.
Register on Sugargoo (opens in a new tab) -
Step 3: Submit the product link
Paste the link into Sugargoo, choose size, colour and quantity, and pay for the item. Sugargoo buys it from the seller for you and has it delivered to its warehouse.
-
Step 4: Check the warehouse info
When your item arrives at the warehouse, review its details and the inspection options Sugargoo offers, such as photos of your item. Options and any fees can vary.
-
Step 5: Build your haul
Where supported, consolidate several eligible items into one parcel. Some items can't be shipped together or to every country.
-
Step 6: Choose shipping and pay
Pick an international shipping option for your parcel and pay the shipping and any applicable fees. This is a separate payment from the item itself.
-
Step 7: Track your delivery
Follow your parcel with the tracking number. Delivery times vary by shipping line and destination, and customs may contact you.
Good to know
Before you order
Haul shipping isn't the same as buying from a European store. Keep these in mind:
-
Two separate costs
You pay for the item first and for international shipping later. Compare the total, not just the item price.
-
Taxes and customs
Import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply depending on your country and parcel value.
-
Delivery times vary
Timing depends on the seller, warehouse processing, the shipping line and customs.
-
Quality varies
Items come from independent sellers. Quality, sizing and materials can differ from product photos — use the inspection options.
-
Not always the same or cheaper
Items may not be identical to products sold in Europe, and the total isn't always lower than buying locally.
-
Buy legal items only
Only order items that are legal to import into your country. Counterfeit goods can be seized by customs.
